Delivery
Before checking out, please use our delivery guide to check for the areas we deliver to and pricing. Any business deliveries are completed between 8am and 5pm, while home deliveries will occur between 6am and 6pm. We will contact you if we have any issues regarding your delivery.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe space at the entrance, as long as it is safe to do so. Our arrangements are delivered with a temporary water source, so if that occurs, the flowers should be totally fine. If the property is inaccessible, the address provided is incorrect, or there is no safe space to leave the bouquet, the flowers will be returned to our store and we will need to re-arrange the delivery at the senders cost.
