DELIVERY PRICE GUIDE

Our deliveries are based off postcode and will automatically be charged at checkout. Please ensure to enter the recipients address with the correct postcode in the checkout to ensure you are charged the correct amount.

Any business deliveries are completed between 9am and 5pm, while home deliveries will occur between 7am and 7pm.  If you require your delivery to arrive by a specific time, please make note of this in the comments section when checking out. We will contact you if we have any issues regarding your delivery. Our couriers do charge a double delivery fee for any deliveries that need to arrive prior to 11am. We will be in contact regarding this if need be.

Orders placed before 11am are eligible for same day delivery. If you place an order for same day delivery, after 11am, it will be delivered the next day. We deliver Monday – Saturday with Sunday delivery unavailable.

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe space at the entrance, as long as it is safe to do so. Our arrangements are delivered with a temporary water source, so if that occurs, the flowers should be totally fine. If the property is inaccessible, the address provided is incorrect, or there is no safe space to leave the bouquet, the flowers will be returned to our store and we will need to re-arrange the delivery at the senders cost.
