Delivery
Before checking out, please use our delivery guide to check for the areas we deliver to and pricing. Any business deliveries are completed between 9am and 5pm, while home deliveries will occur between 8am and 6pm. If you require your delivery to arrive by a specific time, please make note of this in the comments section when checking out. We will contact you if we have any issues regarding your delivery.
Orders placed before 10am are eligible for same day delivery. If you place an order for same day delivery, after 10am, it will be delivered the next day. We deliver Monday – Saturday with Sunday delivery unavailable.
If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we will leave the flowers in a safe space at the entrance, as long as it is safe to do so. Our arrangements are delivered with a temporary water source, so if that occurs, the flowers should be totally fine. If the property is inaccessible, the address provided is incorrect, or there is no safe space to leave the bouquet, the flowers will be returned to our store and we will need to re-arrange the delivery at the senders cost.

Gift Card – We offer a complementary Elodie’s gift card with all of our blooms, but to step it up to the next level, you can opt for one of our gorgeous gift card range. You can make a note in the comments of the occasion and we can select a beautiful card to complement the occasion. $9.00
Let us bring the blooms to you with our monthly flower subscription. Fresh florals delivered or ready for pickup every four weeks on the date of your choice. Just choose a size, let us know in the notes the colours you prefer or you can leave it up to us to pick out the most gorgeous seasonal flowers available…let the blooms roll in!
By choosing to subscribe, you will be guided to create an account. Your subscription will be set to continuous auto-renewal payments of the set price that you have chosen, every four weeks from the first date selected. Your authorise us to take this amount from your nominated card every four weeks. You can cancel your subscription anytime by signing into your account.
Every creation by Elodie’s will be completely custom, no arrangement will ever be replicated. Florals are a beautiful and unique product of mother nature, with each of our floral artists obtaining their own creative style. The arrangements shown in the photos are for colour reference only and the florals included will depend on seasonal availability.
