Here at Elodie’s, we are more than a little OBSESSED with weddings! We hand select every single bloom to ensure they are nothing but perfection and our designs are completely custom, ensuring they are exactly what you have dreamt of for your wedding day!
Our creative director and head florist, Kerryn will walk you through the process of planning a wedding, obsessing over every detail from the “how you met”, to how you plan to spend the rest of your life, and all the bits in between! Countless florals have passed between her fingertips, and you can ensure no petal is left unturned the moment you send an enquiry in her direction.
Working with Elodie’s you will also learn quickly that our small team of 4 can, & will bring your vision to life without missing a beat.. We thrive when surrounded by blooms and work together better than PB & J (yess that’s possible)…
When it comes to the flowers for your wedding day, we work closely with our flower growers every week & have done so for years, you can count on us to grab the freshest & most decadent flowers to fulfil your floral fantasies.
The Elodie’s team takes huge pride in making sure your blooms are completely custom to what your dream is for the big day, all we ask is you trust us. OUR PROCESS

One of the most important things to us is working with couples that we really connect with. Establishing a great relationship is a really important part of this process. If you decide to enquire with us for your wedding florals and styling, once you complete the enquiry form below, we will get back to you within 24 hours to let you know if we are available and organise to book in a phone call or meeting to chat through the details..

Once you have booked in our chat, which can be held at our HQ in Camden for an in person meeting, or over the phone/zoom, whatever you are most comfortable with! It’s at that first meeting that the vision really starts to come to life and where we can establish a connection to ensure that we are a good fit for each other…. we love working with couples that we really bond with and Kerryn often jokes that one of her super powers is envisioning someone’s wedding!

Within 72 hours of our meeting you will receive a custom quote delivered directly to your inbox, which will be itemised so you can physically see where the money is being spent. The first quote will always be based off our conversation, with the fullness and style that we discussed for how I envisioned your florals at the time (this quote can always be altered). A detailed mood board will also be included to establish the vibe you are dreaming of and to make sure we are all on the same page..

From here, if you would like to make any changes to your quote, you are more than welcome! I am happy to change your quote as many times as you need to help it fit into a price point where you are comfortable. At the end of the day, it’s your wedding day and it is important that is exactly as you see fit..
Once you are comfortable and happy with the quote, you will sign our terms and conditions and a 50% deposit is required to lock in the date. Once we have received these, the date is yours and your wedding florals are all booked in!

Once the date is yours, we keep in touch via email and like to have at least one more meeting 6-8 weeks out from the day to start to finalise details and make sure everything is going to be perfect! Keep in mind that the quote can be changed once you have booked in, are are not locked in to any of the florals specifically, we totally understand that your vibe may change a little in the planning process and are more than happy to accomodate for these changes!

Styling
Kerryn has a background in Interior Design and Event styling, and we have an ever growing collection of hire items within our inventory. We find very often that couples like to book someone who can do it all when it comes to styling and florals, and that is where you will find, we are your team. Even if you are after styling items that are not included in our collection, rest assured, we will help source it for you. Our current collection consists of candles, candle holders, plinths, backdrops, arches, urns, vases, ceramics, stands and so, SO much more. When we jump on our initial chat, ask us about what we can offer in terms of styling that will suit your floral aesthetic.

Wrapping Station
One of our absolute favourites and a MASSIVE hit with the guests at the end of the night, while we come back on site to complete a bump out, we can set up a wrapping station where we pull apart all the florals used on the night and wrap them up into little posies to hand out to your guests to take home and enjoy for days/weeks to come. We can even design custom thank you cards to be attached to the posies for you, the perfect extra little favour and an element of surprise for the guests at the end of the night before heading home.

Common Questions
How does flower pricing work?
We don’t offer packages, as we find they just don’t work, every couples quote is completely custom and will be itemised so you can see where the floral budget is going on each arrangement. Obviously the more flowers you would like, the higher the spend and every wedding is different. We will work with you to fit as much into your budget as possible and also make suggestions on the best way to help you get the most out of your florals
What if I change my mind on what style I like?
Once you have booked in the date, you are not locked in to that specific quote. We totally understand that things change along the way and you may like something else better, and want to head in that direction, that is totally fine. We are super flexible and want the day to be exactly as you envision, so any changes, we are happy to discuss!
How do I get started?
We do have a minimum spend of $5,000.00 plus GST, but if you're eloping or having a smaller sized event and it suits the vibes that we love to create, please reach out! We are always here for florals that align with our unique style.
How far out should I enquire?
We recommend booking as soon as possible, it is best to ensure you secure your date, but anytime from 18 months in advance is the perfect time to enquire, and sooner for peak wedding seasons which are Jan-May & Sept-Dec. We will only commit to a few weddings per week, so that each one gets the attention it deserves.
What if my wedding isn’t in Sydney?
We will go anywhere for a good time! Camden may seem like its a long way from most things but its the perfect spot for us to be central to the Southern Highlands, Sydney CBD, Central Coast, Blue Mountains and South Coast. We also travel to the Hunter Valley, Batemans Bay, interstate and overseas, so we really will do just about anything to bring Elodie’s blooms to you!
What is the payment process?
Once you are happy with the quote, you pay a 50% deposit to lock in the date, and there will be some terms and conditions for you to sign and get back to us. Once we receive them, you are all booked in and the date is yours!
Leading up to your wedding, we will touch base with you a couple of months out to start finalising everything and perfecting the details.
Final payment is due 2 weeks prior, to give you enough time to finalise your RSVPs and table numbers.
