Firstly, congratulations on your engagement!!

This is such an exciting time for the both of you, and we are so stoked to have been considered for this special part of your wedding. Our fingers are crossed that we work together to create magic x

We have created a wedding guide for you to peruse & hopefully make all of the florist jargon seem more like English! We have provided names & photos of all of our props including: plinths, candles, vases, table numbers, styling,, everything we could think of!

(If you do have something in mind & it isn’t listed, please don’t hesitate to ask! We are always looking to expand our inventory with pieces we love, and if we can’t supply it for you, we can point you in the right direction of someone who can x)

Now, as well as listing all of our props, we also have added in a flower guide for all of our wedding pricing!

Florals are the crown jewel of Elodie’s and we take huge pride in our work. Everything you see is listed with either “premium” or “seasonal”. This means the flowers in the arrangements are exactly that. When you begin your wedding planning, you will generally know your vibe at the very beginning. And us separating our flowers into “seasonal & “premium”, helps our customers & clients to understand the value of flowers, their status and their cost.

  • Styling

    Kerryn has a background in Interior Design and Event styling, and we have an ever growing collection of hire items within our inventory. We find very often that couples like to book someone who can do it all when it comes to styling and florals, and that is where you will find, we are your team. Even if you are after styling items that are not included in our collection, rest assured, we will help source it for you. Our current collection consists of candles, candle holders, plinths, backdrops, arches, urns, vases, ceramics, stands and so, SO much more. When we jump on our initial chat, ask us about what we can offer in terms of styling that will suit your floral aesthetic.

  • Wrapping Station

    One of our absolute favourites and a MASSIVE hit with the guests at the end of the night, while we come back on site to complete a bump out, we can set up a wrapping station where we pull apart all the florals used on the night and wrap them up into little posies to hand out to your guests to take home and enjoy for days/weeks to come. We can even design custom thank you cards to be attached to the posies for you, the perfect extra little favour and an element of surprise for the guests at the end of the night before heading home.

Common Questions

How does flower pricing work?

We don’t offer packages, as we find they just don’t work, every couples quote is completely custom and will be itemised so you can see where the floral budget is going on each arrangement. Obviously the more flowers you would like, the higher the spend and every wedding is different. We will work with you to fit as much into your budget as possible and also make suggestions on the best way to help you get the most out of your florals

What if I change my mind on what style I like?

Once you have booked in the date, you are not locked in to that specific quote. We totally understand that things change along the way and you may like something else better, and want to head in that direction, that is totally fine. We are super flexible and want the day to be exactly as you envision, so any changes, we are happy to discuss!

How do I get started?

We do have a minimum spend of $5,000.00 plus GST, but if you're eloping or having a smaller sized event and it suits the vibes that we love to create, please reach out! We are always here for florals that align with our unique style.

How far out should I enquire?

We recommend booking as soon as possible, it is best to ensure you secure your date, but anytime from 18 months in advance is the perfect time to enquire, and sooner for peak wedding seasons which are Jan-May & Sept-Dec. We will only commit to a few weddings per week, so that each one gets the attention it deserves.

What if my wedding isn’t in Sydney?

We will go anywhere for a good time! Camden may seem like its a long way from most things but its the perfect spot for us to be central to the Southern Highlands, Sydney CBD, Central Coast, Blue Mountains and South Coast. We also travel to the Hunter Valley, Batemans Bay, interstate and overseas, so we really will do just about anything to bring Elodie’s blooms to you!

What is the payment process?

Once you are happy with the quote, you pay a 50% deposit to lock in the date, and there will be some terms and conditions for you to sign and get back to us. Once we receive them, you are all booked in and the date is yours!

Leading up to your wedding, we will touch base with you a couple of months out to start finalising everything and perfecting the details.

Final payment is due 2 weeks prior, to give you enough time to finalise your RSVPs and table numbers.
